No one likes to wait at a doctors office.  Dr. Jensen makes it a priority to be punctual with all his patients.  In that regard, we ask that patients please arrive 15 minutes prior to their initial examination to allow time to fill out paperwork and 5 minutes prior to their regularly scheduled appointments.

Dr. Jensen prides himself on his thorough initial evaluation.  This first visit not only helps determine whether you are a candidate for care in our clinic [not everyone is] but it also ensures accurate diagnosis.  This initial examination can take up to an hour and as a result we ask that all patients adhere to their scheduled appointment time.

Any patient unable to attend their appointment must contact the office by 8:00 am the day of their scheduled treatment.  Failure to do so will result in a $35 cancellation fee which is not covered by insurance.  You may reach the office either by phone 816-831-1300 or email frontdesk@methodchiropractic.com

We realize that life can be hectic but as the clinic grows these times become a valuable asset and lack of communication here prevents others from being seen.  It shows a lack of consideration for the office, its staff and the other patients of Method Chiropractic.

In addition, patients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointments may be required to reschedule their visit.  We will do our best to see patients when and where we can but it is our goal to always stay on time and delays like this can seriously effect our ability to do so.
